Moving is awful but Cal and the office team have been very friendly and efficient with processing my application. I worried Id missed out on the perfect studio, and they were able to find something that better fit my move in date and interests. My kitty and I cant wait to move in!

DO NOT rent here until you have looked at the poster the bottom of 701 stairwell Satanic management. Completely Unresponsive. Serious Problems are now being handled by Internet post. 1. Suspicion of Employee theft. Cesar was left alone in the kitchen to replace lighting while I was in the apartment. Cash was in one of the cabinets. It now appears that $20 is missing. Back channel communication with management was attempted. They are refusing to bar Cesar from my apartment. Does this give you any idea of who these people are? 2. Theyre not picking up the trash. Back channel communication with management was attempted. They claim they are not allowed to speak with the pickup company. 3. I have now been advised by management that they do not wish to defend themselves from evidence of Theft & Satanism. 4. I now have a light out in my apt. This was Taken Out by ETs to gauge the reaction of mgt. 5. I can no longer access a parallel public profile 6. new hech fee has been impose 7. too many to list. But a Special Recent Gem has been the Failure to Clean the Filthy Pool Deck. This matches nicely with the Dumpster looking Poolside Containers. Poster at bottom of 701 stairwell. Are you familiar with the occult? 4. Various signs and items in lobby and on property. Again, are you familiar with the occult. 5. Why did I receive a package sent to "Elyse & Kase"? 6. The following review was posted two months ago. Why did management not respond to it? Criminal management. Please consider this a substantiation. If management would like to engage in public dialogue I would love to have that conversation. Management is currently ForcePaying my electric bill. And charging me $50/month for this. If you live here, you become part of The System. Which is Bend the Knee. No matter what your Lease says.

Recently moved from Sheffield Court (SC), but only because Coporate was gonna raise the rent above my comfort level, so I converted rent to a mortgage payment. That said, I cannot say enough good things about the SC leasing office staff, the maintenance team, and especially the SC Manager. They were simply the best! They blew away the staff from my previous two apartments and made my stay at SC one of the most enjoyable. They always took the time to listen to my concerns and were quick to respond. If you're searching for a new apartment complex in a great location, one with a great staff, then check out Sheffield Court.
