Update: They now have changed signs coming into complex stating Adult luxury apartments from active adult community......hmmmmm where is the luxury??? Gates are always broken, crime is up, no flowers planted this past summer, all of a sudden no smoking signs up but never a notice out to current tenants, crappiest appliances out there, a lot of apartments face a dumpster or storage facility next door, never replaced gazebo, bocci ball court has not been cleaned up since I have been living here (10 yrs) it just keeps going downhill but now we are "luxury" WHAT A JOKE!!!
Raising rents way too high!!! Cannot afford to live here anymore. Grounds are not being kept up like they used to be. Girls in the office are rude. Property manager Bob is horrible, not allowing guests at pool, yells at maintenance crew in front of tenants, expected us to carry own chairs to pool last year, I guess you can catch covid from lounge chairs but not regular chairs. Clubhouse finally opened after more than 2 years. The water bill is not fair how they calculate, no individual meters. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They like to say this is a gated community but those gates are just wooden arms that get broken all the time, most of time codes don't work at gates, no security at all, cars broken into, first floor apartments broken into. Not a safe area at all. There is a guard shack that's used as storage, no guards on site at all.
