Apartment is spacious and quite environment. Here are some pros and cons PROS 1. Apartment is spaciuos 2. gas and water charges included in rent 3. heating is also included in rent 4. quite environment. 5. Bus stop is walkable CONS 1. Washing unit is not inside apartment. 2. Dirtiest washing area ever seen. 3. Roaches are very common. 4. Washing and drier machine is very old and mostly it will be unhygienic. 5. Sevice complaint will take lot of time to get address. 6. Without any prior notice they disconnect water supply for along hors.

I had a leak in my bathroom I called Germain was efficient and excellent very reliable I was very satisfied

Germaine well maintained all the property buildings. 5 star. Great guy to work with.

I have lived here for 2+ years. It's a great area quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The Service manager Germaine is Great if anything needs to repaired, there's no hesitation. Germaine always responds immediately, he also calls to give me the heads up that he's entering the apartment which is greatly appreciated. He keeps the property well maintained.
