        Blasina is a great person, and she tried to help as much as she could. Whoever is in charge of the application screening very unprofessional. I never got a phone call, no email, and no explanation.

        I met Blasina Diaz last September 2022 & we kept in touch with each other since. Last week I applied to Hyde Park Village and had issues on the application. Blasina was right there helping me and before I knew it I was approve. This past Saturday we stopped over there to look at the apartment and then signed all the paperwork and gave the security & 1st month rent. Blasina was showing us around and answering all of our questions. Not once did we hear I have to check into that. We are looking forward to moving in this May and seeing Blasina smiling face. Thank you very very much Blasina for everything you have done for us. You went that extra mile to make us feel so welcome in Hyde Park. Thank you again & see you soon.
