Took them 3 months to fix a recall they told me would take 3 days and it was delivered to me with new problems which required me to make a new appointment since they wouldn't take the car back to fix the same day. Had to ask multiple times for a loaner vehicle. Had to ask for updates instead of being kept up to date on the status. Car was delivered with a dead battery so I had to jump it using a coworkers cables.

Service department is in need of a total revamp. They should just get someone in there that knows what they are doing and fix it. Just start all over because it's terrible.

I went to Holler Hyundai to get the Palisade XRT and ended getting the Calligraphy, and my experience with car salesman Juan Hoyos exceeded all expectations. He helped me narrow down my needs and wasnt pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We had great communication and the process was fast. Whenever I change my vehicle or purchase a new one, I will reach out to Juan specifically.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give Holler Hyundai a favorable rating for the following reasons: -OVERALL FACILITY-Their service department is dark and cramped. Looking out to the garages, one can see dozens of cars packed very tightly, I would guess awaiting service. Didn't seem like much room to move around back there. Must be very difficult for the staff. -GUEST WAITING AREA AND AMENITIES-I did not see a comfortable waiting area for guests having their vehicles serviced. I was relegated to the sales showroom floor that is tightly packed with tables and chairs. I found it very uncomfortable that I can hear other customers personal details during interactions with their sales person during my long wait. I think these shoppers deserve more privacy! -SPEED OF SERVICE-I understand that things don't always go as planned, but a two hour promise time that turned into four was a bit of a stretch. I was forced to virtually cancel my afternoon plans. Frustrating! -SOME GOOD-Aside from my bad experience, I can report that there are some good things at Holler Hyundai Service, their people. Their service bay greeters were warm and friendly at the early 630am hour. My service writer Moises was very attentive and did his best to make sure my car concerns were addressed.
