    Told me my car was dropping rpms and shaking while idling in gear, saying it was the alternator. Paid $1400 for that and a drive belt, cars still shaking and losing rpms. These mechanics in service are either clueless or lazy, or both. Dont go here for service.

    This dealership was great. My wife and I bought a new Hyundai Kona from Hunter Rogers. Hunter was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and personable. He had us in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. The finance manager, John, was also outstanding. We will definitely use Allen Turner Hyundai again and we can't recommend Hunter Rogers enough!

    Do NOT trust this dealership with your vehicle! I took my Santa Fe to this location for warranty maintenance work, while my vehicle was still under the bumper to bumper 60,000 mile warranty. They claimed the several things wrong with the vehicle were not covered under the warranty. The CarPlay issue was only covered to 36k miles. My cluster didn't have an issue for them, so they didn't investigate further and brushed off. My backup camera that wasn't working had "aftermarket work" on it so they wouldn't touch it without a $185 diagnostics fee. They tried to charge us their diagnostic fee for every little issue. We took it to another dealership, and everything was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty, including the CarPlay issue. The "aftermarket work" wiring was added from the dealership we purchased from for an additional feature, but was NOT "aftermarket work," and had to replace the camera. The cluster also needed to be replaced. They tried to scam us every way they could. Beware.
