        I had to bring my new 2024 Santa Fe XRT in for tint and coating. Tom Wolf was with me every step of the way. He greeted me in the lobby on arrival. Personally brought me a loaner Tucson for the day and kept me up to date on the progress of service. He again greeted me in the lobby upon my return and had my vehicle SPOTLESS!!! This is not our first purchase with Lakeland Hyundai, so to say we are satisfied is an under statement! If you ever need to deal with a wonderful sales person, Tom Wolf is the way to go!

        Take your business elsewhere. This place is so unprofessional and i wouldnt come back if i was stranded. What i witnessed as a potential customer myself regarding a CURRENT CUSTOMER was truly inexcusable and just plain discrimination. The staff Robert & Ellis walker are racist nasty humans who shouldnt work with the public. Who asks a POC repeatly OUTLOUD TO OTHERS IF THEY ARE LEGAL ARE NOT!? I took my business elsewhere & you should too.

        I was scheduled for on oil change and routine maintenance, however a day before, my ABS light came on intermittently, even though I did not have an appointment to have that checked out Manny came to my rescue and walked me through what needed to be done and between Manny & Maribel they kept me updated on my vehicle' progress. Manny & Maribel has a way with customers like no one else. Manny goes out of his way to make sure the job is done correctly. He absolutely went above and beyond to make my visit a pleasurable visit. He is the reason I keep coming back, I trust him. My husband passed who was a mechanic, so it means a lot to me to know that I have someone I can trust. He treats' me like a friend not a number.
