        I want to say a big thank you to Sam for his amazing service at the Graham hotel. He was really friendly, professional, and ready to help, which made my visit really special. Sam is a great asset to your team and deserves recognition for being so hospitable.

        Pros: The rooms were very nice. The hotel was older but pretty! The cons were the night concierge Sammy lost our laundry. We had a laundry service (our own service that we paid for) to pick up our laundry, he sent them to the wrong place (their laundry service) then acted like he couldnt care less. We had to find our laundry with the help from Benzena who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Gordon was also SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! We went to the rooftop bar where the head bartender was very rude and unkind. Leaving a 2 star review one star for each of them. Sincerely hope that Benzena and Gordon get recognized for their service they deserve it!
