The carpet in one room was left much more dirtier than it was. The carpet was left with so much dirt on it (must be from the cleaning machine)that I was able to pull out from the carpet once the cleaning was done. There was water left all over the floor. The edges of the carpet were not cleaned. When I contacted the company, they said they charge for a redo even though they left the carpet in even worse condition. They asked me to contact the technician who did the cleaning, of course he wont accept his mistake and stopped responding. So unprofessional. The company sends random technicians and takes no responsibility for anything. I would pay more elsewhere to have cleaner carpet. Definitely dont recommend hiring this company even if the offers sound like a good deal. Stay away! Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Their rug cleaning service was thorough and professional. My rugs look and feeling like new now.
