i discovered the team from high tech carpet cleaning to be both friendly and thorough in detailing their cleaning process and various service levels - yes, i was the one full of inquiries. i would absolutely endorse these guys! they did an exceptional job cleaning my living room, hallway, and stairs in boston. there were some problematic rust stains on parts of my living room carpet. thankfully, jonah and bradley were able to completely eradicate them.
