Roy's Carpet Cleaning

We hired Roy's carpet cleaners to clean our basement and the runner on our main steps, and they were great! The runner and the basement carpet were really really dirty and they got stains out and cleaned it beautifully. They werent kidding when they said theyd make it look like new! before they came we thought wed have to replace it because of the heavy traffic and spills. To top it off, the price was very reasonable! great service and very friendly! I'd highly recommend them! Service: Clean carpet

Called them for the 1st time a last weeks and was pleased to get on the plan quickly. I was treated FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONALLY. My carpet turned out so clean and very beautiful as brand new. They were punctual and fast. I will definitely be calling them again for sure!

Well, that was a disappointment. First, they quoted price X. Explicitly saying "free pick up and delivery." Great. They came (on time, so that's one positive thing), and said something to the effect of "that price is for on-site cleaning, if you want us to take the rug, it's 2X". I'll be charitable, and attribute that to poor communication skills and not a deliberate bait and switch tactic. So my husband agreed to pay twice the quoted price, just so they take the rug with them. Now the rug is back (on time, kudos), and it's... Passably cleaned. But not as white and fluffy as we hoped. It's sorta OK, kinda not really dirty. Definitely not recommendeing.
