I would like to have a shout out to my CNA Alison Castro she is a very good CNA when she is my CNA she greets me with hot tea and always has a smile. Alison always checks up on me without being told a really great person. Alison care is like family truly God sent. I am lucky to have her as my CNA.

I really appreciate it. Windsor Terrace has helped me get through my health and rehab therapy .my nurse.S.Estella Benitez she is my C.N.A she is always looking out for me. I really appreciate her and all the nurses I dont know all their names but i thank God for them.some other places you go to are really terrible but thankfully Windsor Terrace Is One of the bests places. I recommend your loved ones to this place I seen it with my own two eyes and experienced it as well . They really help people get better here. They will take care of you a blessing they all need raises.all the staff were really helpful,help all the pacients, they are all truly amazing.

You cant trust your loved ones to be placed in this horrible world. Understaffed, under cared, treatment nurse told some of the relatives that they provide treatment only to patients who are alert or whose families are present. Medications are given to patients 2-5 hours later than expected.
Horrible management who is deaf and blind to all of families concerns.
