This place is no good for your family. No good customer service at all. Unprofessional behavior, late on medicine times, rude to the patients, ect.. My mother was in this facility and I picked her up early because they needed the bed space, and they said she had healed good enough. Granted, my mom hated that place and I was glad to go pick her up and bring her home, and so was she, but she wasnt healed enough. When I got her home I noticed 2 huge bed sores on her back. I asked her if they had been flipping her over and she told me that they hardly ever did. Of course, they denied this and I got no where. But however, I do believe my mom because she dont lie, or make things up, and the fact that her sores were so infected that they had an odor to them, and looked like death. Like 2 open pools of puss. It was beyond disgusting. I had the ambulance come get her and take her to the hospital where she stayed another 3 weeks there, and then came home to a hospital bed for about a month, then back to the hospital, where she passed away 2 days later. I strongly recommend that you do not send your loved ones to that facility. I also, strongly recommend that people with stripes check this place out a little bit. Truly the most unprofessional place Ive ever sent a loved one, or visited, and seen with my own 2 eyes. I dont mean to keep going on or beat a dead horse but, DONT SEND AMYONE THERE..!! This place is trash dont bother transferring a loved one here ! My mom fought for her life for 4 months& she got transferred here & only lasted 4 days I saw her a day before yea in pain as usual but she was conscious so nothing that happened made sense the girl next to my mom sounded like she was dying & the day we left few hours later we got a call that her room was on lockdown so my mom had to be moved what if she made my mom sick. Thats so disgusting I really hope that whatever nurse was in charge remembers god is up there& one day u will pay because life is like a restaurant u never leave without paying .we lost our mom.
