I have had several family members who have stayed at care facilities over the years.
Now my 89 year old mother has to spend time at Berkley post acute to go through the rehab program. God willing she will do well and come home.
This facility is very well run, clean and well staffed. The help is attentive and kind.
I am pleased we found this facility.
She is covered by Medicare and Im confident she is safe here.
Thank you to all who work at Berkley you are good people.

This facility, unfortunately doesn't have enough STAFF, or caring staff, to HELP.....patience that are suffering with physical, mental, or emotional issues.
I came to visit my friend on multiple occasions, and there has ALWAYS been another patient either in the room, since they house 3 beds be room, or patient from other room that are constantly SCREAMING FOR HELP!!!!!
The issue is the higher up management since with me complaining they still would not do anything TO REMESY The constant suffering and YELLING! ITs extremely stressful to be visiting your friend and all u hear are random people SCREAMING for help.

We moved our 99 year old mother into Berkley Post-Acute after she had a brief stay in a nearby hospital as a result of a fall that had incurred.
We were more than satisfied and pleased with the services and care our mother received. The administrator, social services, doctors, nurses, CNAs, PT and OT were attentive to our mothers needs and care.
The facility is clean, as well.

My sister from a different mother Sheryl Childs is in this place for 3 weeks now and there's a couple of people namely Daisy (med nurse) and Janet (CNA) who are consistently very nice to her, treats Sheryl with utmost care, respect , compassion and empathy. They are both assets to the company! THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!
