One of the worst, places to live in for the price. Customer service is horrendous. Not sure if they had temp workers but I saw a new face every visit that never forwarded payment, moveout notice, pge payments (Not late just charged us for things we didn't owe).
I'm glad my wife and I have a house now but while staying in multiple apartments, I'd say this was the biggest headache to be part of.
There is a reason why there are many vacant spots left. For customer service/maintenance it seems like a coinflip to get a hold on some maintenance work; some days someone pick ups and sometimes no one does with no call back.
It just seems nobody cares there, the only people who seems to care is the landscaping people and they do a terrific job until its trashed by neighboring apartments/mobile homes.
If you do plan to live here, I suggest getting a camera that monitors your vehicles because there is serious theft. and depending on where you stay, pick something that has sunlight because 50% of the apartments is facing away from the sun, also the place has almost no lighting.
NOTE: turn on the air conditioning and check because their hvac system sounds like a C-17 airplane.

I went into Camden Parc to look for a 2x2 apartment. I met with Ashley and she was so friendly and helpful. Debra, the Manager, chimed in and was super friendly. They gave me information on the area and why I should live there. I had shopped several other properties in the area and this one was by far the nicest and had the friendliest customer service. I left a deposit the same day. Thank you Ashley and Debra for you help and making this transition easy.

Living at Camden Parc has been frustrating to say the least. They claim to be a smoke free complex yet every night and morning I have my appartment full of Marijuana smoke from my surrounding neighbors. I have gone to management several time and been completely ignored. Can't wait to move so my son and I don't have to be exposed to the awful smell that is causing me migraines and my son has developed a cough.

This is the several times that this apartment changes staff and ownership! I have been living here almost 3-4 years, and literally I have moved from 199 aegean to 159 aegean because it is SUPPOSEDLY a newer renovated apartment they said, but literally the inside is old. Washer is only compatible washing 3-5 pieces of clothes and took more than 2 hours to wash and dry, and it still not drying. The last management has told me that they are planning to change it to 2 units (washer and dryer separately) but that never happened. And i have requested my washer to be changed since 3 years ago, they never changed it. My bathtoom shower has lots of mold built up on the bottom flap and I told them to take it all out and put a new flap strip on it, but what they did was just adding the rubber glue to cover the mold, this is the 3x they did that. And it worn off again because I cleaned my bathroom every week.
I hope you guys take this into consideration because this is truly ridiculous.
