I have received conflicting information regarding payment. First, on 22 February, I received an email stating online payments are no longer accepted. Then, on 21 March, I received an invitation to use the portal and re-enter my payment information. This makes the fourth time I have been asked to provide this information and restart my payments.
Which one is it?
Today, 2 April, I walked to the management office at 5:30p to ask for clarification. Despite the hours posted to 6:00p, the door was locked and there was no notification posted to let me know if someone was returning nor an email stating adjusted hours.

Ive been at this property for over 5 years the old management was horrible so we are back with the previous management before them so Im excited thanks

New management poor services when repairs are needed. I moved to the apartment out of state two years ago. I travel a lot so in home 2-3 days a week. When the new office management company took over, the community declined. The office staff is rude and condescending and never responds to concerns. There is no parking and people parking in my spot. No communication or the lack of communication is an issue with the office staff. I called about a leak from rain. 3 was ago, and I'm still waiting on repairs to the area. Weed smoke, though the vents from neighbors is not ok. The maintenance staff enters your apartment without notice.. I had a teenager (16) in the home when they attempted entry. This is not ok. I do not recommend renting an apartment at Morgan Park. I'm excited to report that my lease will be ending soon so I can move on.
Updated - others have commented, and I wanted to confirm that the community has had issues with cockroaches. If you want them to spray on demand, they want to charge you $90. Because of initial issues with bugs, we proactive spray ourselves. (see screenshot comment from others).
