Pros: great area, well kept landscape, nice/updated interior of apartment, pool, gym.Cons: lack of communication with management and other office staff. It seems like no one in the office communicates with each other. If there is an issue that I have talked about with one person no one communicates this with other office staff....so if the original person is off then you get the run around....Especially from Patty. She has to be one of the dumbest staff members at this complex. Never knows what's going on, explains things in a long drawn out way when she doesn't know the answer. Promises things will happen when they never do. (Like power washing off all the entrance areas of the apartments) they're gross and long over due for a cleaning. I honestly don't understand how she has her position. The maintenance guys are nice enough but genuinely appear to hate their job, so that's awkward if they ever come inside to do work. Veronica the manager is ok. She is nice and definitely tries hard to make residents satisfied/happy, which is greatly appreciated.I wouldn't say this is the worst experience I've ever had but it's not the best. I just laid low and wasn't bothered much. Neighbors were kind and kept to themselves . I would recommend this property if staffing changes were made.
