Kimi and her team were very professional. Kimi took time out of her busy schedule to show us a couple of properties in Dixon. We ended up finding a private owner in the city that we wanted to live in but I was very pleased with the service we were provided by Crown Realty during our home search. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Kimmie is very unprofessional, and provided no assistance where needed. She allowed unsavory, drug addict and trashy tenants to remain onsite while asking friends or family to leave. She also spent time bad mouthing residents so they couldn't rent at other properties.she wasn't available most time, and had tenants fill out applications knowing they'd be denied, since she was bad mouthing them. She became highly rude when she was confronted on how she treated people and her lack of understanding and empathy.
