The lady in the office krissy was very professional went went and beyond explain help me with my application. Showed me the apartment on a timely manner. The manager is worse she only cares about the darks and she covers them for everything and mugs people she should be fired I wish I had that number to complain about her does anyone have it and wish to share

I do not recommend moving here especially if you're disabled adult they discriminate against disabled people the manager will not explain nor accept your disability

The new management that has been in charge for the last 3-4 years sucks ass! No management skills, she never answers the phone, she is barely in the office but she is spotted visiting relatives in the same apartment complex. She does not seem to know anything going on, washers and dryers eat up your money and nothing is done about it. Something needs to be done about it by the EEN Property Management because a lot of things are so overlooked with the property management. Manager is very unprofessional, got to knows your renter's right because if not you can get taken advantage of. We lived in the property for about 20 years and management has drastically gone downhill.

Our rent was stole from the manager's office and we were still held responsible for paying. (Even with the police showing the office manager footage of the thieves entering the manager's building)We lived here for two years.
