        We showed up slightly early to the store and all the employee did was point at the sign saying what time they open. Then inside the store another employee couldnt explain why the bill was increasing, couldnt print out anything since the account was listed as paperless and told us conflicting info from the phone rep. He did give his cell phone number to us and told us to contact him if we figure it out by recalling the phone reps. Shouldnt an employee be able to do this? Unhelpful company all around with tons of hidden fees. Thankfully we switched providers.
