Kerns Carpet One Floor & Home

The entire experience was great. They werent sure if we could get the three rooms of carpeting installed before Thanksgiving but here it is Nov 11th and everything was completed yesterday. It looks great, installers were amazing and friendly. Weve used Kerns before and will continue to do so.

Kerns did an excellent job in installing our new den flooring. The staff was easy to work with. They helped us find a flooring that matched our existing hardwood flooring in our condo. They followed up on getting us promptly scheduled for our work. The installer was very helpful in getting out furniture reinstalled after the flooring was done. The new floor looks great. The installers did a quality job. I certainly would recommend Kerns for any new flooring.

Unhappy with customer service, call backs, incomplete installation. Waiting for weeks for job to be completed when we were told 3-5 days. No one seems to know what is going on. We had great service in past too bad we will look for a different provider in future.

TERRIBLE experience. I cannot say enough bad things about our carpet experience with Kerns. We started working with them in February and currently (end of May) we have temporary padding and nails along the perimeter of our rooms with duct tape over them to prevent our young kids from hurting themselves. This has been a nightmare of a process. We have continuously been told that Kerns is trying their best to get an installation crew available to finish our job. It has been at a standstill for months. I would definitely not recommend Kerns and have no plans of working with them in the future.

We ordered an entire house full of carpet when we purchased a new house. We found exactly what we were looking for at Kerns and they are helpful, quick to get out to measure the rooms, ordered and installed quicker than we expected. There was not a hiccup during the entire process. Highly recommend.
