I 100000% would not recommend living here AT ALL . The apartments are absolutely gross and when you move in they harass you to fill out the move in-move out slip, you also cannot get your mailbox keys until its filled out. They dont give back security deposits even if you had 4 pieces of furniture in your entire apartment. Dont plan on animal sitting for anyone because you will get fined for it even if you dont own the animal. The rent that is shown online is not what you will actually be paying, somehow $1,400 goes to almost $1,700. This place isnt worth your money. They will walk into your apartment while youre sleeping or when youre not home even if you sign a paper stating you dont want them too. Maintenance also sucks, cool people, they just dont actually fix the problem at all, they will observe it and never do anything about it. And dont bother calling the office about anything because its like talking to a bunch of robot. if youre a young adult or a young couple i wouldnt recommend starting with wood creek as your first move. Youll be in debt by the end of it all.

I was asked if I've been in trouble in the past 7 years. I have not been in any trouble since 2011 other than a speeding ticket. But yet I was still denied an apartment due to my background. That is miss representation
