Orchard Courts Apartments

I have loved Living here these past 3.5 years. I live in a studio apartment, and it was the perfect apartment for starting off after graduating college. You're surrounded by nature and often see deer. As a single woman I appreciated how I never felt unsafe even walking outside at night. Everything has also been so nice and quiet here, and the other people who live here and staff are so nice. Thank you to Kelly for taking a chance on me with my first real rental experience. Such a lovely place for a low cost. Maintaince fixes things right away and the buildings continue being updated. If you're trying to decide if you want to live here, trust me, you do.

Lived here for over 5 years and for what you're paying in rent, which is extremely low in comparison to current high market rent, a hidden gem! Quiet, clean, well maintained, friendly management team. Will miss the country like feel.

The apartment I rented was very nice. Any issues I encountered were taken care of by maintenance and office staff in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with Orchard Courts. Apartments are nice, affordable, and in a good area. Kelly was always really helpful when needed. Highly recommend this apartment complex.
