My daughter and I love our home and property management as you address anything with him he is on top of things especially with advocating for getting anything fixed that is needing to be fixed. Property manager does care about all his residents and wants us all to be safe and to love their home. He gave me a great stove to cook healthy meals when ours was old. He has always given the best wisdom or advice and helps you feel appreciated and respected as he isn't a landlord that let things slide under but tries to understand you and listen to you. You are honest with him from square one he gets a solution for her and honest with you and understanding if you have obstacles to face in your life. Although, the only thing I can say is the installation, windows and the heating system could use a lot of improvement as would gladly pay for heat if I had so the improvements could be made for all us residents. I have not seen any bugs or infestation being here, which is beyond wonderful as many places one can rent has that kind of problem and overlooked. He provides wonderful wisdom to me and only you accept it in or not as he has so much on his plate. We need to help him by all following rules set for us and anyone new coming in. Don't let people ring your apt building and let them in minus knowing as any visitors call so aware as don't let no one in and abide by rules given to us all and try to not listen to heresay given to me but what I am told on paperwork. 10 pm to 6 am is quiet hours on a family disabled unit but thankful my pride and joy isn't a light sleeper like myself. Thank you Ken for all you have done for me within this yr as the fruits of spirits is seen within you in Galatians. You do your best and I do the same with my active 3 yr old on second floor to avoid any heresay or inaccuracies.
