no response to my emails... getting nowhere with this company and i am not happy.. Ron, I am sending you this message from my new office in Montgomery NY. The office is COLD as our 2 clean burn CB500 units have been down since yesterday. Our office / fleet maintenance facility was a 9 million dollar project completed this summer ad your dual unit heating system was our choice. We decided in 2019 to go with clean burn for our heat source after extensive conversations with your salesman about service, reliability and the need for a constant heat source. He convinced us to go with 2CB 500 boiler units so that there was redundancy in the system and we would never be down without heat. After ordering the units in 2019 and our project ready for install in February 2020 you guys failed to install after many delays until August 2020 You changed the original price and charged us more than originally agreed which we paid to ultimately get the install complete. After many delays you finally started the system in September 2020 after we were already dealing with cool days when we needed heat. We had to call repeatedly to get the system started. 2 weeks after system start boiler 1 went down and we notified you guys. We were told to switch to unit 2 and you would come service problem soon. 4 weeks later unit 2 went down - now I have no heat I am being now told to deal with no heat until Friday and I am supposed to operate a company with 40 employees and no heat until Friday?? We are a 24 7 logistics company not shut down for thanksgiving This service is unacceptable. Since the time the burners were delivered and we gave you the initial 50% of funds we have struggled to get install OR service on time. I will not put up with this from a company that claims to be the national leader in waste oil heat. I spent over $130,000 for this system between your boilers and the heat floors, hydro system, air ducts ect. All that financial decision was based on the ability of Clean burn to be a good product and provide reliable heat. If this problem is not rectified shortly I will have no other choice but to tear out this system and install a reliable source of heat. I will then take necessary legal action against your company and seek full repayment of all damages. Today, tomorrow and Friday we have no heat and damages are incurring in the thousands.. please figure out what you will be doing to make us whole Thank you very much Service: Heating system installation

Scott in the service department is very knowledgeable and always calls back if I leave a message. The parts rep I spoke with knew the part numbers I needed from memory when I described them to her. I highly reccomend DSI recycling to anyone with Clean Burn needs.

After many attempts and thousands of dollars to fix our Clean Burn furnace we gave up on DSI and went to another company to repair it. Upon checking it out they found a bad pump which had already been replaced by DSI less than a year ago. After many phone calls to get a warranty on the pump DSI wont even give us the courtesy of a call back. Clean Burn only sends us to DSI their rep for this area. Do not buy Clean Burn or have any service done by DSI.
