    Service tech was great. Wait time was out about 3-4 days from when we called. We had no A/C, so it was a hot few days. When service tech arrived he was on time and quick to diagnose our issue. Parts arrived in a couple days and overall prices seemed fair. Services were done in under a week. All is working properly now.

    The plumber provided an unwanted and rude opinion about my faucet choice. He thought using the popup drain stopper was gross. Good thing it's not his sink. He had to come back twice to level the stool. I ended up leveling it myself the third time the shim came loose.

    Visit #1 was for a kitchen sink leak. Showed up sooner than I expected. Fast with repairs and answered my questions. Technician left one pipe leaking a little because he said he didn't think my home warranty would cover it. Well, it does. Visit #2: Leaky toilet. The technician came to my house a day after the service request was placed and said he'd have to reset the toilet, without even checking to see if there were leaks from the flange below. He came back the 2nd day and then told me the flange would need to be fixed but it "wasn't his problem" because the floor eventually needed repair from the leak. He replaced a couple of parts on the toilet, but used 2 wax rings to try and plug the leak, without actually fixing the flange. Now my toilet is tilted. The plumber was polite and wore a mask. Unless your home warranty company forces you to book with these folks, I'd probably go someplace else. The customer service at Quigley was really hard to manage also. I asked my home warranty company to use someone else the 2nd time but they wanted to hold Quigley accountable for making it right. Over a week has gone by and Quigley still has not reached out. If Quigley would have diagnosed and filed the issue properly the first time, it would've gone much better.
