Jeremy was professional and he could come sooner than the window I was alotted. He called to see if I wanted him to come earlier. I thought that was great! Never had a bad experience with Lloyd's.

New construction 15 years ago and still living there. Lloyd's did all the plumbing and HVAC work. Furnace system installed with inadequate intake resulting in high static pressure and a too hot temperature rise, shortened the life of the furnace which has now been replaced, added another intake vent to fix. Furnace was also set up poorly with maladjusted gas pressures from day one. Poor heat and ac air distribution, some rooms get much warmer or cooler than others. Over all a poorly designed system by Lloyd's. Plumbing bangs when toilets fill and stop. Dryer vent plugs up with lint badly due to bad routing of vent, needs rodding out annually for dryer to function properly. Both shower aluminum enclosures were damage by the installer when new, husband replaced them, Lloyd's supplied the replacements. One was gouged on the frame, the other installed crooked which jambed the door into the threshhold plate. One toilet had a casting flaw that became noticeable after time, less than a year, Lloyds refused to replace, we did so at are expense. Just now we experienced a plumbing leak inside a wall for the shower faucet, turns out Lloyd's used bath tub faucets for both showers. Apparently acid from the flux used for soldering copper pipes got trapped in the block off tube installed by Lloyd's to make a bath tub faucet work for a shower only system corroded out the pipe causing a leak inside the wall. We have one more of these time bombs to deal with.

Lloyds is a great company, they do quality work and treat there employees very well. If you need plumbing or HVAC work there is no other place I would call.
