I dropped the vehicle off for service the night before Feb. 21st 2023. Contacted them weekly yes weekly for updates of an install. Visited the location twice. March 6th 2023 my second visit, they state that the car is inoperable and wont work on it. However, when I dropped it off it was fine, after they moved it twice and removed one panel now it doesn't start. Brought to my local dealer whom I have warranty with and they're having issues as well. After two weeks of waiting you have to showup on site to get the real answer. They then paid for my tow to the neighboring dealership. It was fine when i dropped it off. After you move it twice it wont start? then pay for the tow? screams omission of guilt in my eyes. Stay away unless you want the basic oil change or tire rotation hopefully they can handle a simple task of that nature.

Al and his crew did my tires and alignment and was a great experience. I highly recommend. I got very quick service in bad weather and on a weekend they fit me in, I was lucky. But fact is that others were just not willing to make it happen. And they have the best high tech equipment for alignment. Got it done pronto and perfectly aligned, it drives great on the snow and ice now. Will repeat and will recommend this is a very good mechanic shop. Great service, very friendly and honest. Very reasonable $$$ for any repairs. Al lets you know exactly what he did and why he did to repair your vehicle. Does great work. will definitely bring my car back. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change, Auto power window repair, Auto maintenance
