Absolutely horrendous. Literally the most pitiful store ever, in every way. After 4 different attempts for the employee to activate my newly purchased iPhone, which he had to run my card on 2 separate occasions for the purchase, because the first phone was "burnt", I'm sitting at home with a god damn invalid sim message on the phone. I told the employee it's hard for me to get to places so please take your time and fix the SIM card message, and properly activate my phone(which ran me $734). I literally had to return to the store within 10 minutes on 3 separate occasions, because my phone was not properly installed. And here I am at home, with no working phone(lucky I have wifi). Never ever again, will I buy anything from Best Buy, and please save yourself hassle and never come to this location. Absolute joke.

Had Promotion for $1 for new phone with new 2 year contract($40 activation) and charged family member $20/month for 2 year contract for the same phone. I come in a month later for the same promotion and they tell me there is still monthly payment for the phone yet it was $1 for the phone. I go right across the street to the Best Buy store and talk to the mobile department and they tell me that the promotion for $1 is exactly the promotion. NEVER will I go to this location again for trying to sell 2 family members phones for over $800 on a $2 and 2 $40 activation fee. Was told nothing they could do and the provider worked with me to provide me a benefit for their error. NEVER SHOP HERE WITHOUT ANOTHER OPINION
