T-Mobile

I do not recommend getting service here. A customer service representative caused a whole bunch of problems with my account. Even started calling and harassing me. The people inside this store were very nice they were the ones that told about the issues with my account. I thought T-Mobile was supposed to be one of the best. I was unable to get the service I paid for for some weird reason. It all seems so strange to me how I have to go to my bank to get my money back. It wasn't for my bank I would have lost a lot of money.

I am super pleased with the help I received from Katy Jones. She is located at the Sam's Club in Appleton. At first I was overwhelmed with all the money I get from Sam's and t-mobile(lot of paper work). Katy helped me get absolutely everything set up and submitted. She always reassured me that I didn't have to worry or stress about the process. I've had questions even after the transition and it's very comforting to know that I can reach out to her and she'll explain or help me. Great customer service highly recommend her.

Katy did an amazing job helping us switch to T-Mobile. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure that by the time we left, we were extremely happy and confident with our decision to become T-Mobile customers.

I highly recommend Katy Jones at the T-Mobile located in Sams Club. She really made sure that I felt confident, clear, and comfortable making the switch to T-Mobile. She helped with EVERYTHING. From setting up apps, claiming gift cards/great deals, and maintaining great communication for all our questions. She does an amazing job.

Let me just start with we were with Verizon for 10+ years! And Katy Jones was amazing and explained everything helped us and we did the switch to t-mobile with no hesitation! She is an amazing person and I highly recommend her! If you make the switch go to Katy she will not disappoint!
