I don't believe the staff at this bank realizes that their salaries are paid by customers. Their attitude has been extremely rude, unhelpful, and focused on finding problems rather than assisting and resolving issues for customers. It's quite disappointing

I've called 9 times to release my vehicle title that's been paid off for mo ths and they still haven't. My next step is to get the police involved, and a lawyer.

I go in for a business account which happens to be a pretty big nation wide business and the tellers at the Market street location are extremely rude
