        If you value your time or account security, then this is NOT the bank for you. Everyone you speak with over the phone is rude and no one is willing to help when theyre the ones inconveniencing you. You dont have access to an account number ANYWHERE except going and asking the bank or calling them to sit on hold forever and talk to some rude woman lecturing you on their policies. Ive never seen a bank so uninterested, disorganized, and inconvenient as this one. Its only gotten worse over the years, so I dont see it getting better either.
