Beware!! Management is a disgrace to this beautiful location. Its frightening to think that Christina and her sister, whom are the current office managers, are trusted with the lives of all these tenants. Unprofessional, rude, ignorant to current laws and practices and arrogant demeaner, are just a few of the kindest words I could find to describe the ethics and morality currently in practice here. These "ladies" will make your life more difficult by any means necessary it seems. I feel lucky to no longer live in these apartments with the current state of their "management".

Longtime resident here; the old management made it a decent place, but it's drastically gone downhill the last year. Management never wants to fix anything (one person had a car (not theirs) ram into their apartment and damage the siding--in the winter--and management said it wasn't their job to fix it) and never takes responsibility. There are frequent break ins to cars and garages, and always people in the dumpsters. The rent goes up every year, but though the outside property and office are very well maintained, the inside of the apartments is never serviced, and they refuse to replace appliances that aren't working properly. Finally, they have a hot tub, but you'll never be in it, because it's "closed for maintenance" 1/4th of the time. They blame it on the residents using it--which is, you know, the point--but I wouldn't be surprised if they just shut it down to save on chemical costs.
Pretty facade with tyrannical management. Rhonda is an angel though, and Oscar is always polite and has lots of sense, so this complaint falls heavily on the people making the decisions, and not them. They need to care about their residents more if they're going to charge so much.

Get ready for that wonderful feeling of being taken advantage of. Don't bother cleaning your apartment when you move out, they will charge you for it regardless. Don't park your tire on the white line, you will get a large green hard to remove notice on the front windshield.
Don't bother with the move in check list, they make up there own rules on how to keep your deposit.
New office manager every year makes it hard to deal with office.
Every inch of grass is a dog's toilet with many residents not cleaning up.

This is a very cool apartment complex because they have a dog washing room.
