My daughter and I have lived here for a year and recently got new management. Our landlord, Kimmy, is amazing. Communication is better than any other place of living Ive had in the last decade and a half. I couldnt be happier with our management and maintenance staff! Very thankful for all the hard work they put in to make everyone happy and feel at home.

The apartments are decent they are quiet and clean and the tenants seem to be nice

I just recently moved to this duplex from alderbrook apartment and I love it here! The rent is perfect and I dont have terrible neighbors making an obscene amount of noise throughout the night or during the day! I work for a hospital and also have a second job and this place is amazing! Kimberly in the office made everything smooth and easy. I really enjoyed the rental process it was fast I dropped of my application and it seemed like minutes later she called to say I was approved! She actually cares about her properties and the people in them! I stop by and chat with her every now and then and is always able to lend a hand when you need it!
