I didnt get my paperwork into the office in the timeframe that they gave me, so I was told they were renting it to someone else. Which is fine, but they never did a credit check on me nor have they returned my $30 for the credit check that they did not do.

I have called three times for more information and left messages for someone to return my call, still no response.

Recently visited a family member living here. For being a senior living establishment, very disappointed at how they take care of the residents. They have been in a heat advisory and there is absolutely NO A/C in the building besides the office. The hallway alone read 91 degrees of the top floor. You would think that they would at least provide fans in each apartment or something. Will be calling corporate office to make a formal complaint. The heat is so bad it is hard to breathe and can make one sick.

I put my grandmother in this apartment complex convinced it was going to good thing , a year later Ive learned they add more rules every months but they do not enforce them on certain residents. They pick and choose who has to do what . Your not allowed to have curtains, plants or much decor on the patio and the wreck room and been claimed by the manager for her own personal use . She is inappropriately strict on the seniors who use that space . They are not allowed to use any appliances which are supposed to be open to community use . Ive also learned that she cuts corners to save herself money ( like vacuuming the wreck room once a month , then making it clear for people to tip toe around so they dont dare make a mess ) because god forbid shell have to vacuum. One more thing my grandma feels as if she loosing it at times because she thinks these thing are odd but when she questions her she makes her feel as if shes not all there shes extremely condescending to most residents but has a whole different tone
