Monterey

Very bad experience with this apartment complex and management. Received a notice to vacate for non rent payment. They stated never received my money order! After going back and forth with management I Asked them to review the security cameras, and they seen me dropping my rent off so apparently my money order was lost. Kept having issues so I moved out and they still charged me to break my lease! They also send notice to enter apartment when I put in my notice, even tho they came a few weeks before to do a maintenance inspection!

I love my new apartment! Here, It's safe, quiet, and clean. The office is always there to help, and the gym and jacuzzi are super clean. Plus, it's near banks, pharmacies, restaurants, and supermarkets. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient place to live

I moved here 3 months ago, and I'm enjoying it! The place is nice, and the office team is really helpful. It's close to local shops, making everything within walking distancevery convenient! Excited for summer; my kids will love the swimming pool.

With a heavy heart I have to say I am disappointed in the The Monterey Apartments. I had a NSF charge on my rent and I cleared it with my bank. But due to recent winter storm and my bank being closed and the fact the bank put 7 day hold on the check. I was stuck waiting. So I closed my one account, decided to reopen another account with my boyfriend who is now living with me and is paying the rent. The Monterey said "they will no longer accept checks from me for the next 12 months." I must go pick up money orders from now on. Well I guess you could say that I won't renewing my lease. By the way, I have been renting from them for over 4 years and this is first time this has happened to me. You would think they would show more compassion for their renter's.
