        The whole office is kind gentle and the place has a great feeling

        Quite simply, avoid this dentist at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence. When they lost all my appointment information the miserable office staff couldn't even look me in the eye, let alone offer me an apology. They just stood there hoping I would go away. The office manager had the audacity to ask me to come back another day like it was so simple to use a vacation day at the drop of a hat. As if I would trust them with a second chance. They let me walk out of their office upset and angry with no offers to make it right so I am motivated to tell my story to anyone who will listen in this town. There are many fine dentists in Vancouver, this is not one of them. They may not do to you what they did to me, but do you really want to take that chance? Trust me, you do not.
