        I arrived at 10:45 this morning (1/25/22) for my 11:00 am appointment. Found the door locked with a notice to call the Salmon Creek office, which I did. The receptionist, Jessica, informed me that I should have received a letter notifying me of the situation. Of course if I had received a letter, I wouldnt have been there this morning. This is very disturbing as we have been patients here for over 7 years. I did make a subsequent appointment for next week at Salmon Creek, but the location is quite inconvenient. Most likely will seek another dental office closer to home. Too bad. We really liked this office. Nick Giovanni

        Excellent hygienist he does an amazing job. Also the dentist is very personal makes one feel appreciated. She enjoys her work and makes the patient feel at ease. I recommend gentech and specifically the East Vancouver office.
