I not only love White House Black Market, I specifically love the staff at Vancouver Mall. They are so helpful, always remember who I am and let me shop my way. I can't say enough about them!

Went in looking for a dress but not quite sure what I wanted. Katie was very helpful and patient with me showing me various options. She was there to help with fitting a dress I picked out - felt like Nordstroms. After deciding to get the dress, she gave me advice on shoes and accessories. Definitely a 5-star experience.
