I love shopping at this store. Very organized and high quality clothes and friendly staff. I really like Kim, Korean lady she is super friendly and knowledgeable. She always gives me best advice on how to wear clothes in most stylist, in many different ways and teaches me how to tie bow professionally. I strongly recommend everyone to shop here....And I want to add to this post to appreciate Olga who helped me with finding clothes. Olga is very nice and helpful too.

The employees in the store tonight were very rude, I tried couple of items and I asked the price but I decided not to buy them, their reaction were so bad and they laughed when I said I dont want the item.

I used to love going to this Bellevue store location until last night, the lady there was not very friendly at all. I bought a dress thats on sale for $79.99. She asked for my phone number and I gave it to her because Id been a member for the last 15 years. Then she confirms my name, Maria and I said yes. However, when I logged in to my WHBM app I didnt see my purchased added to my points. I will never shop to this store anymore. I will try the Redmond store.

The staff wasn't very friendly at all ..... Ruined the experience! We found what we were looking for and left.
