Extremely poor customer service. I went there a few days ago. All the employees saw me, I literally passed them while going from one section to other and none of them smiled or offer to help. That was okay, but then I reached out to one because I wouldnt find what I needed. I asked her if they had some sort of vest top, or a vest button down shirt. She said she doesnt understand the word Im saying, so I googled it and showed it to her. She looked at the image, doesnt even look at me, says no, and leaves. So obnoxious. I came back and looked at other reviewers, very similar experiences of others as well. Just dont go here, its not worth it.

We were visiting friends that live in Kirkland, and we stopped by to see some things that caught our eye in the store. However, the salesperson was rude, unfriendly not helpful at ALL. 7/5/23. This was really unfortunate because my goal was to purchase several pieces, but her rudeness changed my mind.

There are more pretending to move stuff around employees than customers here. If you like a suffocating experience go here. I dont mind being greeted and asked if I find everything ok but each time I went I was jumped on and talked into buying this or the other item a bit at nauseam. What is frustrating is that it wasnt genuine and also, it is nice to be left alone to make my decision, I am not a child to be pushed into buying something, I somehow managed to earn the money by having a decent job, I clearly can shop for a little top dont you think. My family will not shop there anymore.
