Will never move here every time I visit I am attacked by a cloud of cannabis smoke As a man my age I dont need more lung problems to worry about shame on todays youth if this was run by me I would not let anyone smoke here or leave their trash all over and residents feed the cats and increase the feral population. The noise is terrible. Half the neighbors dont care about what management tells them but will report you for running your dishwasher etc. yet play loud music at all hours. Management is flakey and there are ridiculous rules overly enforced because they are tired of the behavior from the residents. If you want a place that youll leave after 6 months, this is it.

Still waiting for my $100 deposits that they havent return to me, It shouldnt take about a year to fix this!

Updated after response because they dont actually do anything. Friend lives here and we visit often. The floors arent sealed properly and liquid seeps under the floorboards. The doors to the outside arent properly sealed, and there are people smoking in the apartments because when we come to visit we often smell cigarette and cannabis smoke coming through the vents. There are sketchy individuals at all hours of the day and night, not to mention the residents dont have any assigned parking. There are income limitations on the apartments but they go for just as much as other complexes that have better amenities. Not to mention the trash piles around the dumpsters and the children that run around without any parental supervision, not being aware of the cars going way too fast into the parking lot. The management apparently tried to limit when people ran their appliances as a method of noise reduction at night. They cant dictate when you use your dishwasher, by the way.
