Why do I pay for a parking spot when abandoned vehicles have been here for months ..flat tires and expired registration!! Park wherever its cool!! People yelling all night and doing laundry at all hours when clearly labeled the hours!! No security at all and people dumping their stuff everyday anything from bedroom sets old furniture and mattresses etc!! So I moved to the ghetto cool

I put in a maintenance request and within minutes I got a call wanting to come right over and fix my concerns. The maintenance gentleman (Cameron) came and fixed my concerns while explaining what caused the problem and how he fixed it. What a great person and so friendly. So glad that my priority and safety was important to him as well. Thank You

Pennies over people with avenue 5, maintance doesn't do absolutely nothing and im talking since they switched to avenue 5. The office workers are nice and are only limited id imagine, I suspect a regional manager is over seeing everything and not letting them actually have a budget as far as having 2 full time maintance guys here and other things needed for this place to look nice. Before you move in make sure your unit was fully painted, they skip brushing, the counters aren't chipping away, and the cabinets are painted, plus do a walk through when you move out or they'll rob you. I appreciate the office girls but other than that I'd look elsewhere this area is the ghetto after all. If the owner sees this please have this place be nice again like with Templeton

DONT MOVE HERE. I regret it so much. My oven caught fire at the connection site when I lived here. The parking is a disaster. Carport spots are supposed to be assigned but people park where ever they want to. the tow company WILL NOT remove cars that are in the spot you PAY MONTHLY for!!!! Trash is consistently overflowing dramatically. You cant get a hold of anyone from the office and when you do finally get a call back- they are extremely rude and unhelpful . I actually got bed bugs (a huge fear of mine that still messes with my emotions despite not being an issue anymore) and had a few roaches when I was living here. They did pay for multiple exterminations. The bugs did not follow me due to their willingness to fumigate multiple times, so thanks I guess? They also returned a portion of my deposit 7 months after I moved out, due to a math error I pointed out to them at the time that never got resolved. Rent somewhere else. This was the worst place Ive ever lived and will surely survive in my nightmares for the rest of my life.
