Silver Oak

Since we moved out, the guy that did our inspection told us dont think we should Be charged would be a standard cleaning fee of $250 which is what we put down as our deposit. Has been fighting with the office only for them to tell us they dont handle the move out charges we had to call corporate I called corporate they dont care how they talk to you. Super disrespectful was working with a lady called Christina. I have an email that Christina sent me because I asked for proof of what I was being charged for and at the bottom of the email. Their employee wrote everything looks good no tenant damage made no touchup paint needed, since the whole unit will be renovated. Only charge should be a standard cleaning. Now they are lying about extra stuff and trying to charge me more. This is a scam.

on Sunday night my roof leaked, in the morning I wrote to the office and received an answer on Monday evening they came to me, they just looked, installed the dryer and left, said they would come on Tuesday and do it on Tuesday, no one came and wrote that they would come on Wednesday and no one does anything my TV and a few other things died and I have to constantly watch and carry buckets of water, I am very unhappy

After giving a verbal notice that I was leaving the apartment and not being notified by the office that I needed to send it in writing day of I got billed for 4 days after my lease ended when I wasnt even in the apartment. To add to that they charged a final water bill of $150 which is unheard of for an apartment. Jason the manager is not a pleasant individual to deal with and has never been nice since the day Ive dealt with him. $426 for leaving sept 30th and not being there at all in October is complete theft in my opinion. I wont live in any apartments owned by this company again.

I love living at Silver Oak apartments. Everyone who works in the office and around the property are awesome. If you have a maintenance order or concern they are very quick to respond. I have lived here for about 6 years. Its close to restaurants, movie theater, park, you name it. Very dog friendly so many Breeds. Lots of families. In regards to some comments. No Apartments are perfect when it comes to parking. Garages and carports are a option instead of not having parking. Recycling would cut down on a lot of garbage. Thank you to all the employees for working so hard for Silver Oak Apartments I appreciate you a lot
