So far, soooo good! Friendly management with fast and efficient maintenance crew. I threw a lot at them…and they took care of me with flying colors, thanks!

I stopped in to see a friend on this property for the first time yesterday. I have been doing leasing for about 10 years now. This property WAS by far the most BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPED and CLEANEST PROPERTY I have seen in VANCOUVER!! So I decided I wanted to tour the apartment. The manager was the one to take the time to show the 2 bedroom 1 bath.
It was Spacious and Clean THIS IS ONE OF THE TOP 5 PROPERTIES in Vancouver to me!!
GREAT JOB!!!

My fiancé and I visited this community in December, and we toured with Rebecca. She was so kind and knowledgeable about the community as well as the area which was very important to us since we would be moving from Nevada and aren't familiar with the location. She really listened to us about what we were looking for and our plans beyond that. We really liked that she introduced us to one of the maintenance guys that was working as we walked by on our tour. It made us feel immediately welcomed. We were saddened to hear my current work was no longer transferring me and my family to PNW. We were greatly looking forward to making Willow Pointe our home until we decided to purchase a home. We followed up with Rebecca to let her know the change in plans and had to tell her how much we appreciated her hard work for us as well as her kindness. We spoke with another person working there earlier in our search and she was very pleasant and sounded excited to help our family. Overall, we had a fantastic customer service experience. We did not once feel "sold" but more so a great sense of welcome. Thank you!!

I would not recommend living here to anyone. The units were nice and the maintenance staff was amazing, but there were multiple times I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the management.
I went months without things in my unit being fixed because the front office wasn’t communicating it to maintenance. Luckily they have a different system in place now for maintenance requests.
The rent went up significantly throughout my time there. I felt like for what I was paying for a one bedroom I might as well start renting a house.
When I applied to live in a different place, my current landlord called to do a background check. They told her I was late on my rent the previous month. Luckily, I could prove this was false with my bank documents.
The thing that did me in and is causing me to write this review is that I moved into a unit with destroyed carpet. I marked this on my move in sheet, which ended up saving me. When I moved out a month ago, I was told that the carpet was new when I moved in and since I ruined it I would have to pay around 2000 dollars to replace it. I was adamant that I did not do that to the carpet. In return I was told that it’s just how things go sometimes. She told me I could do it in payments if that would help me out. Thank goodness my papers proved the carpet was like that when I moved in or I would be paying to replace it. A part of me was really nervous there would be “no record†of my move in papers because this property is so shady about things. I’m just relieved things turned out okay for me.
Again, I would think twice about signing a lease here.
