        Beautifully, well kept apartments. I feel safe and at home. My view is so amazing that it's hard to want to go anywhere else. Friendly people too!

        I have been a resident of Columbia since July '22. I am very much looking forward to moving elsewhere after the lease is up. The actual units themselves are pretty nice and I don't have many negatives to mention on that side of things. If you are looking to potentially rent here I advise that you give some consideration to the negative reviews since the staff/office admin does not. Besides the maintenance crew (they are great), the admin is completely apathetic and uninterested in the quality of living of residents. If you have a problem and need to communicate with them it is a miracle if you actually get through to them. I'm assuming they just do not have a working phone considering how impossible it is to reach anyone on the office line. You'll have to physically go to the office to talk and if you do there's a 75% chance they're just not even there. They're solid with communicating prior to you signing the lease and coughing up money, but after that good luck. Additionally, I've attached a photo of the caulking job the plumber they hired did on the master bathroom shower drain last month. The unit below experienced leaking which prevented me from being able to use the shower until they got it fixed. I was mostly fine with that. Things happen. A month later, they call again saying that it's still an issue and I will not be able to use my shower for the next 4 days. They did not give me this ETA until I walked into the office and asked. Still paying the same rent as everyone else with a working shower because no compensation or remedy can be expected living here. I've seen the reviews accumulate about how uncaring and unhelpful the staff are over my last 8 months here. It hasn't made a difference. They simply do not care. Maintenance crew is awesome though!
