This place was so bad they kept blaming me for disturbance and they kept taking money out of my account sometimes almost 900 they are a fraud watch out!!!!!!!

I lived here from April 2023 to March 2024 & the only reason I moved was to be closer to my daughters school in Washougal, otherwise I would have stayed. The apartment themselves are very nice, we least mine was. They have an all year indoor pool, I love the location. But the ladies in the office, Julie & Macy are the best. Super nice, & I didn't have many issues to take to them, there was 1 main issue I was having with some neighbors & did go complain every time I had a problem, which I only reported what was going on for a paper trail, & I knew that it was something that would take time, due to legal reasons for the apartments, but it was taken care of where most apartments would just ignore what was happening & not do a thing about it. So it was very appreciated to be heard, & action being taken. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. The only other "con" I would say is the washer was very, very tiny & I would have to restart the wash a couple times on occasion, but there is an on-site laundry with larger machines that are cheap. So, it wasn't really too bad. But, again the ladies in the office are the best management in an apartment I have ever had, & I hope my new place has some good people cuz they set a pretty high bar for me..

You have no privacy here. Peeping Tom walks his dog and peers into apts and managers do nothing about it. Very noisy as we live next to a high school , un chaperone kids running all over the complex throwing rocks. My vehicle was damaged twice from them. Majority of tenants are low income, your not allowed to have bbqs on your deck or shade awnings for privacy. This is a money grab to the manager and owner. They double your utility bill if you have more than 12 visitors per year. Late rent has a 10 % late fee I hope you like spiders and mice. Garbage compactor is always broke. Garbage stacked up outside it. Pool is always closed, work out room is small only three guest at a time. Yellow pollen from trees all over your vehicles, parking isnt inforced very dirt complex, one compactor for the entire complex rent is insane we pay $1800 per month and will be leaving when its up. We were desperate when we moved in and regret it every day. Do yourself a favor and look around you will find better, cleaner and more privacy for the same or less money with more rights as tenants.
