        I could write an entire novel about how much I hate living here. Every negative thing everyone has mentioned in the reviews is true. Parking, the people on the office, poor communication, constant garbage everywhere, all of it. Plus, sometimes it straight up smells like poo in my apartment for some reason. Maybe an issue with the septic system? It's truly an embarrassment how awful this place is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS GOD FORSAKEN PLACE.

        I've been living here for over 4 years now. This place it's all about making money. Work orders are absolutely out of budget for most tenants. I'm having to buy my own light bulbs. Rent increases every year. The new manager is a very nice lady ,but the staff under her are young inexperienced people with no social skills. Im not signing another contract again,Im out of here.
