    Everything was good fine except for my main bathroom toilet doesnt work. I have a hard time getting into the hallway to my apartment. I wasnt able to open the gate to drive in. Thankfully someone came and let me in. I was told I would get one of the parking spots in front. However the spot I was told to use in no where by the front. Not only is it a ways away its usually occupied. Also I ordered the internet from one of the brochures in my apartment, it stated a discount for the first six months however it had expired at the end of December and by that time it was too late. So other than those issues things are going pretty good.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THE FARMSTEAD! Ive lived here for 8 months and have had multiple grievances against the property management team and have been treated kindly but have gotten utterly no results or help. There is not enough parking for everyone who lives here and those of us who pay for parking often have random cars parked in our spots. It was promised to us that when we pay for a spot, if someone parks in our spot after 10pm, that person will be towed. There was been no enforcement of the towing policy. I live in the middle floor and am very conscientious of the people who live around and below me. I have multiple credible sources of proof that my upstairs neighbor is unnecessarily loud at all hours of the day and night. Waking me up during quiet hours. I have provided all of this proof and my family and friends who have been in my apartment and have heard the noise and reported to property management. I have been told that I have not given enough evidence and my sources are not credible. This has been going on since I moved in 8 months ago. There has been no progress made and I am incredibly disappointed. If you are looking for an apartment complex that has dependable pricing that doesnt shift around a lot every month do not live here. My garbage bill fluctuate anywhere between $30-110 PER MONTH. With no reason given for such a high cost or extreme cost change. The people who work in the main office are very nice but unfortunately cannot/do not help with anything you need regarding complaints or serious questions. You must go through the property manager, Patty Gillespie. Patty is very nice and clearly cares about her job however has not given us a lick of help with our issues since weve moved in. She had assured us plenty of times that she will fix our problems, and then nothing comes from it. I asked how much it would be to break my lease to move out early. The office employees said it would be current months rent, last months rent and cleaning fee which for a one bedroom apartment comes out to roughly $6000. That is outrageous. The lease agreement is not being held up on the property side of things on multiple accounts, it is unfair to expect your tenants to hold up their side.

    Thanks for being so quick in taking care of the defective refrigerator in my unit. I only ended up throwing away about 4 things from the freezer. Everything else was saved. Thanks again!
