Horrid quality write-up and report. The exam and everything went well. They write the exact opposite of what you say. You will probably end up with the wrong treatment and diagnosis, just a heads up. I do not know if it is incompetence or just not caring. They are looking for a lawsuit. The trashy area as well. The only good thing is the view of the water. He was writing quickly, I bet he could not even read his handwriting.

I had an appointment at this office for an independent medical exam. I was a little confused upon arriving due to the main building looking abandoned. Once I figured out how the offices were set up inside it became more clearer. Once inside I was greeted by polite office staff and got in for my appointment right away. The doctor I saw was very professional and kind.

So these Dr. Are bought and paid for to ruin your life and give false reports on your case. They say their neutral in your case but I have been here several times and they over look the facts and write reports that favor the one paying for it! They look for things that are not part of your claim to inflate the problems so they can help take away your time loss payments! I wish you the best of luck when going to see these crook people
